FELT TIP+GREY MARKERS
(on kraft)
Because the kraft paper tends to naturally bleed out your markers, I suggest using a 10% to a max of 30% and building up light layers. Start with the 10% to first define the general shape and then use the 30% to build up darkness but stay light footed. This should be enough to create depth and contrast without overdoing your sketches. You can then use a white pencil to bring out highlights. Keep it simple as it's very easy to overwork this technique.
