Community ownership and empowerment is a large part of the current Government and Oppositions policy position, as well as the UK government with its BIG SOCIETY policies.
It is now time to engage your local MP, MSP and Councillors and see if they back the bid.

There are two easy ways to do this;
Option 1- Use The "Write To Them" Website
You can get suggested email text by clicking here. copy that text to the clipboard if you wish (ctrl-c) then simply visit http://www.writetothem.com to search for your elected member and message them direct through the website. You can paste the copied text into the message body using ctrl-v and then personalise and amend as you wish.Option 2 - Send a Direct Personal Email

Now you have their address, send them a personal email highlighting your request to have them publically support the bid.
